Why Your Horse Is Sore
(And It's Not Your Saddle)

The hidden connection between your body, your hormones,

and your horse's performance

— taught by a horse chiropractor who lived it.

You've already tried everything...

Your horse keeps coming up stiff, sore, or resistant.

So you do what every conscientious rider does:

* You call the vet. Spend hundreds. They find nothing major.

\

* You get the saddle re-fitted. Again. New pad. New girth.

* The body worker comes out. Things are better — for a week.

* Your trainer adjusts your contact. You add more lateral work.

* It comes back. Always. And you can't figure out why.

Here's the part nobody is telling you:

the problem might not be your horse at all.

It might be in your body — and until you fix that, no amount of vet bills will hold.

The data nobody talks about

University of Gloucestershire research, 1,600 female equestrians:

75%

said hormonal changes affected their riding confidence

71 %

reported decreased
physical strength

1 in 3

stopped riding completely or scaled back

90 %

of overuse injuries became chronic conditions

If you're a high-performing equestrian,

your body IS your business —

and most rider fitness programs aren't built for what you actually need.

What you'll walk away knowing

In 60 minutes, I'm going to break down exactly

how your body, your hormones, and your horse

all connect — and what to do about it.

Why your horse mirrors you

The biomechanics behind why your asymmetry shows up in your horse's stride — and how a horse chiropractor spots it in 30 seconds.

The 3-pillar system

Body, hormones, movement — the framework I built to fix my own PCOS, energy crashes, and chronic pain so I could ride at my best.

The Hormone piece

How perimenopause, PCOS, and cycle changes are silently sabotaging female riders — and what most fitness coaches get wrong.

Live horse diagnosis

I'll watch a real horse on video and walk you through what I see, why it's happening, and what it tells me about the rider.

What to fix first

The one thing in your body that, if you address it, will make the biggest difference to your horse — fast.

How to stop wasting money

Why the vet–saddle–body-worker–trainer cycle never fully works, and how to break out of it for good.

MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Who's teaching this?

I'm Nika Vorster — horse chiropractor and equestrian athlete.

I've spent years treating horses clinically and watching the same patterns play out: a horse comes up sore, the rider chases it with vets and body work, and nothing sticks — because the rider's own body is silently driving it.

I figured this out the hard way. Through my own PCOS, energy crashes, and chronic pain, I built a 3-pillar system to rebuild myself — body, hormones, movement. And the second I did, my horse went better. So did every horse I worked on whose rider did the same.

I'm not a hormone doctor. I'm not a fitness coach. I'm the only horse chiropractor I know of who reads horses to diagnose riders — and that's what I'll show you on this workshop.
