I'm Nika Vorster. I've worked with horses for 30 years as a professional rider, GB representative, and equine chiropractor treating Olympic-level horses.

What Happens in 90 Minutes

Part 1: How Horses Mirror Riders (25 minutes)

Why your horse moves freely in the field but feels restricted under saddle - and how your body creates that restriction in theirs.

I'll show you the 3 core tension patterns I see in 30 years of working with horses and riders:

-The Shoulder Lock (most common in dressage riders)

-The Hip Brace (most common in jump riders)

-The Hollow Back (most common in nervous or perfectionist riders)

You'll see real examples of each pattern and how they show up in horse movement.

Part 2: Your Pattern Diagnostic (30 minutes)

One movement exercise you can do with your horse to reveal which pattern you're carrying.

I'll demonstrate what to observe in the exercise. You'll see 3 real examples of pattern identification in action.

If you have recent video of your horse moving with and without you, bring it. I'll help you identify your pattern live during the session.

If you don't have video, you'll recognize your pattern from the examples and can confirm it with your horse after the workshop.

Part 3: Your Release Exercise (35 minutes)

Based on your pattern, here's your specific 5-minute daily exercise.

I'll demonstrate all 3 pattern-specific release exercises:

-For Shoulder Lock: The Spiral Release

-For Hip Brace: The Wave Pattern

-For Hollow Back: The Ground Sequence

You'll see what to expect on days 1, 3, and 7 of practice. You'll know exactly what your horse should start showing you as the pattern releases.
